• Strong technical knowledge in quality system.

• Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame.

1. Lead and develop an effective team of QA & QC staff who are responsible for all quality related assignments/issues.

2. Develop and improve existing QC/QA systems to meet the international standards and ensure production outputs are in line with company specifications.

3. Conduct PP meeting, review bulk size set, production risk assessment & inline quality control through modern tools and techniques.

4. Control and ensure quality right at first time (RFT) cutting, sewing, finishing, packing as per customers’ precondition.

5. Strongly monitor production process in line with the QA & QC strategy as defined by head of department to constantly improve the quality and value of products.

6. Follow up Daily, weekly & monthly production schedule to achieve on time delivery with right quality.

7. Make sure production difficulties are share with team & necessary action to overcome.

8. Liaison with the buyers regarding major quality issues.

9. Identify quality issues and analyse complex problems, recommend and implement preventive and/or corrective actions.

10. Monitor and support the quality issues and communicate with audit and pre inspection team.

11. Control, execute and ensure the projected budget as per the company plan.

12. Analyze statistical data and product specifications to determine standards and establish quality and reliability objectives of finished product.

13. Check daily report and analyze and feedback for corrective and preventive action.

14. Supervise subcontract related garments production and quality.

15. Maintain effective communications with members of the buying, merchandising and production, planning, CAD, and some other departments.

16. Ensure safety, quality and compliance activities in workplace.

17. Ensure and maintain a clean and tidy site.

18. Develop training materials and provide training to all concerns on regular basis.

19. Evaluate staff performance, ensure floor discipline, Zero NC, identify training needs and manage their career development.

20. Carry out any other jobs as assigned by the superior time to time.
