Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
∎ BA/BBA or Masters in any discipline from a recognized University.
∎ MBA major in HRM/Management will be prioritized with an excellent track record from reputed University
∎ Any third class not allowed
∎ Computer literacy:
∎ Basic computer skills with specialization in MS office applications.
∎ Language : Good in English writing & spoken

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Reduce absenteeism and migration employee through closely monitoring floor wise Manpower and build a good relation. This position will be assigned for day & Night Shifts duty for all sections of SETL.
∎ To build one to one relationship between Floor HR and Workers.
∎ Head counting of daily present, absent and OT manpower at day & night shifts
∎ Play role to resolve workers problem on the spot.
∎ Monitoring floor staff behavior and attitude how to conduct with the workers
∎ Daily monitor and control the floor discipline, housekeeping and unwanted activities with immediate effect.
∎ To assist for implement and monitoring the company rules, regulation and policies and provide professional HR services of the company.
∎ To assist and guide to the HR Manager for employee relations, communication as well as grievance handling at any time.
∎ To make a daily basis report on factory or respective floor condition and informing to the HR head and Manager for taken further action.
∎ Managing any urgent and critical situations within workers and line supervisors if any when required.
∎ Ensure assigned daily functions and activities of the HR & Admin department and giving proper support for any tasks when if required and assigned by your superior.
∎ Ensure and maintain a clean and tidy floor and site.
∎ Any other daily tasks assigned by the superior and Management.

∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Pleasing personality, ability to deal with the customers with a positive attitude.
∎ Good verbal and written communication skills.
∎ Ability to foster a cooperative work environment.
∎ Smart in situation handling.
∎ Presentable, target oriented, good communicator, willing to develop career in garments industry and self-confident.
∎ Excellent interpersonal skill.
∎ Excellent communication skill both in English & Bengali.
