Responsibilities & Context:
• Setup, train and monitor the QC, QI, and ensure the quality garments to reflect the customers’ requirements.
• Conduct pre-production meeting and take approval from key account for on time production.
• Ensure quality of garments and involve the thorough checking and inspection of garments prior to production and strives to ensure the best possible practice and this is kept up to date with industry standards.
• Involve in fit sessions with garment technologist and key accounts to ensure fitness of garments.
• Monitor cutting printing/embroidery, sewing, finishing section for on time shipment.
• Follow up of the quality related report.
• Organize performance and capability wise men power lay-out to ensure right people in right jobs.
• Follow up the internal pre-final and final audit and take action if required as well as carry out in-line, pre-final and final inspection considering the shipment date and documenting the outcomes.
• Perform any other tasks as assigned by the superior.
