• Good knowledge over design web pages

• Knowledge over various types of print and print process

• Effective communication skills

• Adaptability and ability to work under pressure

• Ability to work as a effective team player

• Responsible for developing and preparing designs, molds, and technical requirements for HD, 3D Emboss and Debus printing in garments

• Guide workers regarding measurement check, print color shade, size mistake, inside color pass, air hole color, spot and print plan.

• Monitor & ensure good quality and on time target delivery

• Guiding regarding style and process before production

• Implement updated process from sample & production

• Review final production and ensure that print reflect client specification

• Ensure 5S and PP while in workplace and process.
