Responsibilities & Context:
Prepare detailed accessory requirement sheets based on buyer tech packs and orders.
Source both local and imported trims and accessories (Labels, Tags, Buttons, Zippers, Threads, Cartons, Polybags, etc.) according to buyer requirements.
Negotiate competitive prices, terms, and delivery times with local and foreign suppliers.
Follow up rigorously with suppliers to ensure the on-time, in-full delivery of accessories to the factory store.
Collect accessory samples, prepare trim cards, and arrange necessary approvals from buyers/internal teams.
Monitor and ensure the quality of all received accessories with the help of the QC team before they are issued to the production floor.
Maintain clear communication with the Garments Merchandising team, Planning, Commercial, and Store departments to prevent any production bottlenecks.
Manage inventory records and reconcile accessory consumption after shipment.
