• Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

• Strong Knowledge over all kinds of sewing machine maintenance and operations

• Effective communication skills

• Ability to work under pressure and adaptability

• Ensure proper maintenance of all sewing machines such as flat seam, button hole, bartack, button stitch, Kanasi specials etc.

• Diagnose and repair mechanical or electrical faults in sewing machines

• Ensure require machine as per layout and ensure zero feeding layout

• Ensure layout pro-actively and discuss root cause analysis and corrective action plan

• Implement and monitor preventive maintenance schedules for all sewing machines

• Ensure machines are cleaned, lubricated, and adjusted regularly
