Strong Knowledge over all kinds of sewing machine maintenance and operations
Effective communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and adaptability
Responsibilities & Context:
Ensure proper maintenance of all sewing machines such as flat seam, button hole, bartack, button stitch, Kanasi specials etc.
Diagnose and repair mechanical or electrical faults in sewing machines
Ensure require machine as per layout and ensure zero feeding layout
Ensure layout pro-actively and discuss root cause analysis and corrective action plan
Implement and monitor preventive maintenance schedules for all sewing machines
Ensure machines are cleaned, lubricated, and adjusted regularly
