• Diploma in Engineering in Computer Science & Engineering
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering

• 3 to 7 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): IT Enabled Service, Computer Hardware/Network Companies, Security Service

• Age 20 to 28 years
• Only Male

• Core IT Certification training & vendor certification from CISCO, Mikrotik, Microsoft and related to Data center is preferred. Vendor neutral training / certification also encouraged like Hardware+, Network+, Server+ or security+, similar

• CCNA

• CCNP

• Other Professional Training will get preference

• Participate in the network design and solution design process and help to deliver a solution proposal to prospective client.

• Survey, meeting & implementation of CCTV System, LAN, Active Switching, Routing, PA System, PABX System, automation and company others ICT solution and related service.

• Prepare Bill of Quantity (BoQ) and diagram from mention solutions.

• Monitor and participate in multiple projects.

• Log and maintain project register and task.

• Maintain and communicate with Customers, third party human resource and report to the in-charge.

• Perform Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of devices & service form the organization portfolio.

• Visit with sales & marketing team and report to the superior and department in charge accordingly

• Able to provide product live demonstration at client premises or from GIL office (remotely)

• In-house technical support for installation, maintenance and trouble shooting of Network, PCs, server and related running services & application.

• In depth technological understanding and knowledge on the network and system component like Switch, Router, Firewall, Server, ISP, Wireless Access point, Hard drive, RAID, NAS, Antivirus and related.

• Ability to generate and verify Bill of Quantity (BOQ) of a complete project.

• Report to the management and department in charge involved including customer account holder.

• Supervise and participant in technical survey and client’s requirement finding in collaboration with marketing and sales department and finally articulate them into document and figure drawn on MS Visio and any other similar drawing program.

• Collaborate with other close departments of organization to expedite new installation, support, service and RMA process.

• Able to train Assistant / Network and System Support Engineer for certain task /job.

• Manage and organize to deliver on site training for client (as when required)
