∎ Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To design, implement and monitor Performance Management System to enable employees and teams understanding of the goals of the organization and to identify how individual and team outputs contribute to the achievement of the organization’s objectives.
∎ To drive and manage the development and implementation of companywide performance management systems.
∎ Establishing key metrics to precisely define the competencies and required KSA’s for each role/department within the organization along with individual performance mapping to set-up the KPI framework.
∎ To ensure on-time job confirmation or extension of employees through potential evaluation.
∎ Managing organizational performance levels by exercising performance improvement plans to individuals, teams as and when necessary, through systematic identification systems.
∎ To Review and improve existing performance management and reward systems along with staff motivation or development plans.
∎ Developing the change management process and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative as per management’s decision.
∎ To review and develop existing role profile to maintain a proper job inventory.
∎ To assess relative worth of various jobs in corporate office and plant or factory, on the basis of a consistent set of job and individual factors to evaluate qualifications and skills required.
∎ Working on organizational restructuring and capacity development programs to ensure redesign of function wise organogram including reasonable approach for FTE headcount forecasting, Position wise Role Profile and to develop Assessment Center and SOP.
