Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Garments HR

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have the capability to run full (HR, Admin & Compliance) operation of the company.
∎ Will have to monitor & coordinate both HR operation & All the HR, Admin & Compliance operations of the production unit.
∎ Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all position.
∎ Must be able to work with attendance, payroll management & all other HR & Administrative issues.
∎ Supervising Attendance & Leave Management, Final Settlement Issues, and Disciplinary issues.
∎ Sound knowledge on EPZ Labor Law & Rules, Factories Act, Fire prevention and Fire Fighting law.
∎ Maintain historical Human Resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping post and current records.
∎ Monitor the security & safety issues to keep the premises safe & secured.
∎ Maintain all the documents which need to comply with the certification & Government bodies.
∎ Needs to have experience of facing audit with various certification bodies, Like: ISO, BSCI etc.
∎ Ensuring 100% implementation of buyer's COC, EPZ Labor Law and Labor Rules
∎ Follow up that all corrective action has been taken/follow up; regularly as per CAP submitted.
∎ To lead, direct, control, motivate, appraise & trained-up fellow staffs
∎ To maintain relation with law enforcement and govt. offices & BGMEA
∎ Prepare HR budgeting & policy and implement as per company policy.
∎ Organize all relevant meeting on a regular basis - monthly or as required.
∎ Regular Reporting to the top management about the true scenario.
∎ Any other assignment given by the management from time to time.

∎ Age 35 to 45 years

Salary: Negotiable
