Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Architectural Designer to join our firm. The successful candidate will be responsible for transforming initial design concepts into detailed, compelling architectural solutions, with a strong emphasis on digital visualization. This role requires a blend of creative vision and technical rigor, including ensuring strict adherence to industry standards, building codes, and client specifications. The ideal candidate will act as a key contributor, driving design excellence from concept through to execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Client Advisory: Conduct in-depth consultations to capture client objectives, functional requirements, and financial parameters. Offer authoritative counsel and creative design alternatives. Manage end-to-end project delivery, including site supervision and all related activities. Assume complete ownership of project execution, encompassing site operations and all ancillary tasks.

• Architectural Documentation: Prepare and oversee the production of detailed architectural drawings, 3D models, and technical documentation using advanced CAD and BIM software.

• Design Refinement: Lead the evolution of design concepts from initial sketches through to fully resolved, construction-ready plans, incorporating feedback from stakeholders.

• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all designs rigorously comply with applicable building codes, zoning laws, and industry regulations. ▪ Interdisciplinary Coordination: Collaborate with internal and external project teams to address technical, structural, and spatial complexities.

• Presentation & Visualization: Direct the creation of high-fidelity renderings, animations, and presentation materials to support client pitches and brand marketing.

• Technical Specifications: Develop comprehensive material take offs, cost projections, and project manuals. Maintain a structured archive of all design records.

• Industry Engagement: Proactively engage in continuing education, research, and professional development to remain at the forefront of design innovation.

Required Skills & Qualifications (Ideal Candidate’s Profile):

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field. (Candidates without a degree but possessing a compelling portfolio and proven creative expertise are also encouraged to apply.)

• Portfolio: Demonstrated portfolio of completed architectural or interior design along with project works.

• Technical Proficiency: Expert-level proficiency in AutoCAD, Autodesk 3ds Max, Revit/BIM, SketchUp, Rhino, Lumion, or equivalent design software with AI expertise.

• Design & Visualization: Strong 3D visualization capabilities, spatial awareness, and technical design acumen.

• Construction Knowledge: Solid understanding of construction methodologies, building materials, and industry standards.

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal and client-facing abilities.

• Organizational Skills: Exceptional time management, multitasking, and problem-solving capabilities.

• Analytical Skills: Strong mathematical and analytical reasoning relevant to architectural design and project execution.

• Job Experience: 3–5 years preferred; However, freshers with strong creative portfolios and AI technology expertise are encouraged to apply.
