∎ At least 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee and monitor the employee Performance Management Systems and updating the HR policies including Performance Management System and process;
∎ Ensure that job requirements and job descriptions for all positions are created, updated, and maintained in the proper format. This includes staff in both the corporate office and Field offices.
∎ Oversee all recruitments and ensure that the recruitment process is conducted in a fair, transparent, and competitive manner.
∎ Lead, direct, monitor, appraise, and train subordinates.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 8 years working experience as head of Labor department in reputed Export Oriented Spinning Mills.
∎ Good knowledge in Labor Law and handling HR matter and updating the HR policies including Performance Management System and process.
∎ Skills Required: General Administration, HR Policy, Recruitment & Selection.
∎ The applicants should have good knowledge in Computer Applications.
