Job Responsibilities:
∎ He should have sound knowledge about business functions
∎ To develop, implement and review operational policies and procedures
∎ Assist business functional team (Marketing, Sales, Service & others)
∎ To develop sales strategy and plan to increase market share and achieve sales target
∎ Help to promote company's cultures that encourages top performance
∎ Oversee reporting, budgeting, auditing and planning
∎ Report to top management for daily activities
∎ Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company
∎ To communicate & visit clints (if needed)
∎ Maintain customers relation
∎ Any other task assign by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicant should have knowledge on Sales & Marketing, Service, Accounts, Credit, Commercial, Purchase, Store, Customer service
∎ Must have matured personality, excellent communication and negotiation skills
∎ Must be sincere, honest, proactive and well mannered
∎ Basic knowledge on MS Office, Internet Browsing & Social Networking
∎ Working experience in the relevant track will get priority
