Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have the capability to run full (HR, Admin & Compliance) operation of the production unit.
∎ Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all position.
∎ Must be able to work with attendance,payroll management & all other HR & Administrative issues.
∎ Supervising Attendance & Leave Management, Final Settlement Issues, and Disciplinary issues.
∎ Sound knowledge on Labor Law & Rules, Factories Act, Fire prevention and Fire Fighting law.
∎ Maintain historical Human Resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping post and current records.
∎ Monitor the security & safety issues to keep the premises safe & secured.
∎ Follow up daily housekeeping activities to maintain the cleanliness of workplace.
∎ Maintain all the documents which need to comply with the certification bodies.
∎ Needs to have experience of facing audit with various certification bodies, Like: GOTS,OCS,GRS,OEKO TEX, ISO etc.
∎ Ensuring 100% implementation of buyer's COC, Labor Law 2006 and Labor Rules
∎ Ensuring the factories always prepared/ready for Buyers audit.
∎ Follow up that all corrective action has been taken/follow up; regularly as per CAP submitted.
∎ To lead, direct, control, motivate, appraise & trained-up fellow staffs
∎ To maintain relation with law enforcement and govt. offices.
∎ To assist Managing Director with Strategic HR functions.
∎ Organize all relevant meeting on a regular basis - monthly or as required. Independently handle all product safety related issues.
∎ Regular Reporting to the top management about the true scenario.
∎ Any other assignment given by the management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 55 years

∎ Willing to stay inside the factory premises.
∎ Strong knowledge on Labour law 2006 & Labour Rules 2015
∎ Have sound knowledge on different buyers Code of Conduct
∎ Should have sound knowledge on different certification.
∎ Good leadership ability to lead & motivate.
∎ Sound Knowledge on MS Package and HRIS software management.
∎ Good command in both written and spoken English
∎ Good inter-personal & communication skills
∎ Good team player, well-organized, initiative and detail-oriented
