Responsibilities & Context:
Candidates who have experience in Yarn Costing & TC application process (Spinning ) are highly encouraged to apply.
Collect actual production data and compare it with the production goal.
Accurately collect waste cotton, create a waste management report, and compare it.
Report on raw cotton usage must be prepared and monitored.
Examine the efficiency of specific machines and the timeliness of maintenance operations.
Prepare a daily report on production and compare it to the objective.
Analyze the present system and make suggestions for improvement.
Coordination with the sales team and information synchronization as needed.
Need to be familiar with the GRS, OCS, GOTS, and RCS certification procedures.
Extensive understanding of TC application capability
Any other job assigned by seniors/ management.
