Responsibilities & Context:
Preparing and following up on commercial work–related reports.
Communicating and corresponding with customers in a professional manner.
Monitoring and following up on production certifications to ensure compliance.
Generating Proforma Invoice (PI), Transaction Certificate (TC), and ensuring proper follow-up.
Maintaining and ensuring organic product traceability throughout the supply chain.
