Additional Requirements: - The applicant should have Sound knowledge on Human Resource Management, BLL- 2006, Bangladesh Labor Rules 2015 and other industrial and environmental laws, safety rules and regulations.
Responsibilities & Context: - Regular monitoring of all compliance status in line with buyer's requirements adhering to relevant laws of the country and international standards.
- To ensure Legal Compliance/Code of Conduct, Fire, Building, Electrical, Health & Safety issues etc.
- Should have Sound Knowledge on OCS, GOTS, Organic, BCI & others spinning certification audit.
- Support 3rd party factory audits as per buyers' requirements. Handling disciplinary matters, Grievance and counseling, improve employee motivation & worker engagement etc.
- Find out all Non-compliance issues & take necessary step to solve them
- Prepare a Corrective Action Plan (CAP) with target date line against audit reports for Buyer Handling Leave Management, performance appraisal, improves worker migration, reduce absenteeism and motivate employees for better performance.
