Responsibilities & Context:
Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.
Provide clerical and administrative support to reporting superior.
Answering employee’s queries about general HR-related issues.
Process documentations and prepare reports-DBMS relating to all HR functions.
Dispatching HR documentations at corporate office and updating superior regarding pending or as desired.
Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies) including files relating to HR functions.
Assist in attendance process & payroll preparation providing relevant data (works schedule, absence, leave etc).
Coordinate HR projects (HR Automations, files reconciliations, SOP, Systems Development etc).
Performing emergency & contingency services and projects as assigned by superior as & when required.
