Responsibilities & Context: Alam’s Baby Wear, a growing retail brand is looking for a dynamic and responsible Administration Manager for its showroom in Laksmibazar, Dhaka to manage and strengthen overall outlet operations. The role is critical in ensuring smooth administration, staff supervision, development, and efficient outlet management.
Work Location: Laksmibazar Outlet
- Oversee day-to-day administrative and retail outlet operations to ensure smooth functioning.
- Supervise, guide, and monitor sales and support staff to maintain discipline, productivity, and service standards.
- Plan and implement staff development initiatives, including on-the-job training, coaching, and performance monitoring.
- Ensure proper duty rosters, attendance management, and leave coordination for outlet staff.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Coordinate with Head Office on administrative, HR, and operational matters.
- Ensure proper maintenance of the outlet, inventory coordination support, and vendor/service management.
- Handle customer issues escalated by sales staff and ensure high standards of customer service.
- Prepare regular reports on outlet administration, staff performance, and operational issues.
