Responsibilities & Context:
Alam Textile & Garments is looking for a creative, trend-driven Senior Fashion Designer with strong experience in boys’ wear (tops & bottoms) to join our dynamic design team.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop seasonal collections for boys’ tops and bottoms
Research market trends, fabrics, colors, and trims
Prepare tech packs, sketches, and design specifications
Coordinate with merchandising, sampling, and production teams
Ensure designs align with brand identity and market demand
Monitor fit, styling, and quality during sampling and production stages
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in boys’ wear (top & bottom)
Strong knowledge of fabrics, trims, washes, and garment construction
Proficiency in design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.)
Experience working with local and/or international buyers is an advantage
Strong communication and teamwork skills
