Cozy Cub, a growing baby & kids wear retail brand, is looking for a dynamic and strategic professional to join its team as Business Development & Market Lead. This role is responsible for driving business growth, expanding market presence, and strengthening brand positioning.
Responsibilities:
• Lead the identification and execution of new business opportunities including store expansion, kiosks, shop-in-shop, and franchise initiatives.
• Direct market feasibility studies and strategic assessments for potential new locations and business ventures.
• Establish and manage strategic partnerships with shopping malls, landlords, and key business stakeholders while overseeing commercial negotiations.
• Drive market intelligence by analyzing customer behavior, industry trends, and competitor activities within the baby & kids wear segment.
• Define product mix, pricing frameworks, and promotional strategies aligned with market demand and business objectives.
• Develop and implement annual and monthly business growth plans and revenue strategies.
• Design and execute integrated sales campaigns, promotional programs, and customer loyalty initiatives across retail and digital platforms.
• Lead Cozy Cub’s social media and digital marketing strategy to strengthen brand visibility, customer engagement, and online-driven store traffic.
• Oversee brand positioning and ensure consistent presence across retail outlets, social media channels, and marketing events.
• Monitor outlet-wise and overall business performance and initiate corrective and optimization actions where necessary.
• Review key performance indicators including sales growth, market share, customer retention, and return on marketing investment (including digital campaigns) and present strategic reports to management.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Merchandising, Production, Supply Chain, and Finance teams and provide strategic direction and guidance to retail leadership teams.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or relevant field
Minimum 8–10 years of experience in fashion retail operations, preferably in baby & kids wear brands (mandatory).
Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
