Key Responsibility:

1. Minimum Educational Qualification O level or Textile Diploma/Graduate or equivalent.

2. Should have training on Garments Industry Management.

3. Highly communication skill in English is required.

4. Working experience with European buyer will be a plus.

5. Minimum 10-15 Years’ experience in garments factory as a manager or Senior Position.

6. Lead and implement end-to-end quality and technical standards across all buying house operations, from raw material approval to finished goods shipment.

7. Develop, maintain, and enforce SOPs, quality guidelines, product specifications, and factory compliance standards in line with buyer requirements and local regulations.

8. Oversee fit approvals, sample evaluations, first article, first piece, inline, and final inspections, ensuring timely corrective and preventive actions.

9. Collaborate closely with Merchandising, Production, IE, Design, and QA teams to achieve quality, fit, cost, efficiency, and compliance targets.

10. Monitor vendor-wise and product-wise quality performance, driving continuous improvement initiatives through defect analysis, preventive measures, and factory compliance audits.

11. Analyze inspection reports, quality data, and defect trends to strengthen product reliability, consistency, and regulatory adherence.

12. Identify critical operations, quality risk areas, and compliance gaps, proactively guiding vendors, and internal teams prior to bulk production.

13. Plan and conduct technical, quality, and compliance training programs for internal teams and vendor staff to enhance capabilities, product standards, and factory compliance.

14. Ensure full compliance with buyer standards, ethical manufacturing practices, local labor and safety regulations, and audit requirements.

15. Lead, mentor, and develop quality and technical teams, fostering a culture of accountability, excellence, continuous improvement, and compliance awareness.
