Responsibilities & Context:
We are looking for a passionate Junior Fashion Designer with retail kids wear experience who is eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced apparel environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in designing kids wear collections for retail brands
Support senior designers in trend research, mood boards, and sampling
Prepare basic sketches, tech packs, and design documentation
Coordinate with sampling and production teams for timely execution
Follow up on sample comments and revisions
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in retail kids wear
Knowledge of kids fashion trends, comfort-focused design, and fabrics
Basic proficiency in design software (Illustrator/Photoshop preferred)
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
