Experience:
12–18+ years of experience in garments/RMG marketing
Minimum 5 years in a leadership/managerial role
Strong network with international buyers and sourcing agents
Experience working with woven/knit/apparel export markets
Strong buyer handling and relationship management ability
Sound knowledge of garment costing and pricing strategy
Fluent in English (spoken & written)
Ability to travel internationally when required

Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability

Job Summary
The Head of Marketing will lead the overall marketing, sales, and business development functions of the Garments division. The role is responsible for buyer acquisition, order generation, market expansion, brand positioning, and achieving sales targets while maintaining strong relationships with international and local buyers.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement overall marketing and sales strategies to achieve business growth targets
· Identify new buyers, brands, and global sourcing opportunities
· Maintain strong relationships with existing buyers to ensure repeat business
· Lead order negotiation including price, costing, lead time, and terms
· Prepare annual sales forecast and business development plans
· Analyze global apparel market trends, competitors, and customer demands
· Participate in buyer meetings, trade fairs, exhibitions, and sourcing events
· Coordinate with merchandising, production, planning, and supply chain teams to ensure on-time delivery
· Monitor order pipeline and ensure smooth order execution from development to shipment
· Develop marketing materials, company profiles, and presentations for buyers
· Lead and manage the marketing/merchandising team and set performance targets
· Ensure customer satisfaction and handle complaints or claims professionally
· Track sales performance, revenue, and profitability reports
· Explore new markets.
