• Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm)

• Master’s in Chemistry/Bio-Chemistry/Applied Chemistry/Pharmacy

• At least 15 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies, Healthcare/Lifestyle product

• Age At most 50 years

• At least 15 years of relevant experience where 5 years as HoD

• Must have leadership capabilities

• Decision Making, Strategic Thinking and Problem-Solving skills

• Proficiency in MS Word, Power Point and Excel is essential

• Good communication skills both in English and Bangla

SMC Enterprise Ltd has a vacancy for the following permanent position for its Quality Assurance Division at Bhaluka, Mymensingh:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Planning, organizing and implementation of all departmental activities to smooth running of Quality Control and Quality Assurance operations.

• Ensure Specification of raw materials, packaging materials and products of Pharmaceuticals.

• Implement the guidelines of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), requirements of DGDA and ISO in the Factory.

• Ensure that the products meet predetermined standard of Quality and Safety to maintain the highest Quality Standard in our own, contract and toll manufacturing sites.

• Management of Market complaints and ensure corrective action to reduce product complaints.

• Implementation of Change control, Deviation control and Risk analysis.

• Ensure in time release or reject of In-coming materials and Products.

• New product development and determine the shelf life of the products.

• Maintain and ensure System Applications and Products (SAP) in the QA operation.

• Monitor and ensure the vendor selection procedure.

• Any other task assigned by the supervisor.
