Responsibilities & Context:
SMC Enterprise Ltd has a vacancy for the following permanent position for its Quality Assurance Division at Bhaluka, Mymensingh:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Planning, organizing and implementation of all departmental activities to smooth running of Quality Control and Quality Assurance operations.
Ensure Specification of raw materials, packaging materials and products of Pharmaceuticals.
Implement the guidelines of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), requirements of DGDA and ISO in the Factory.
Ensure that the products meet predetermined standard of Quality and Safety to maintain the highest Quality Standard in our own, contract and toll manufacturing sites.
Management of Market complaints and ensure corrective action to reduce product complaints.
Implementation of Change control, Deviation control and Risk analysis.
Ensure in time release or reject of In-coming materials and Products.
New product development and determine the shelf life of the products.
Maintain and ensure System Applications and Products (SAP) in the QA operation.
Monitor and ensure the vendor selection procedure.
Any other task assigned by the supervisor.
