Educational Requirements:
∎ 1. Minimum certificate of O/L and A/L.
∎ 2. Minimum any diploma certificate or textile certificate from Department of Textile and clothing technology.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1. Must have knowledge on sweater manufacturing
∎ 2. Prepare bulletin for the effective utilization of men, machine & materials.
∎ 3. Solve bottleneck areas by line balancing and take immediate action to reduce those.
∎ 4. Set the target according to SMV and control the required manpower for each style.
∎ 5. Find out NPT (Non-Product- time) and take action to reduce at a minimum level.
∎ 6. Make Efficiency Report and provide it to the management.
∎ 7. Capable of doing Work measurement, Method study, Motion study.
∎ 8. Generate Skill matrix of workers.
∎ 9. Prepare SOP for each Department.
∎ 10. Monitoring and Control hourly production and communicate with others.
∎ 11. Prepare KPI to measure the performance of every Department.
∎ 12. Prepare SMV database.
∎ 13. Must have capability to train floor peoples.
∎ 14. Set the line wise production plan weekly, monthly with efficiency.
∎ 15. Should have capability to handle any situation in floor management.
∎ 16. Must follow the plan daily basis and report to Higher Management
