∎ Relevant training and Expertise in the field of labor and industrial setting.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Compliance, Factory HR Administration
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry), Spinning

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Expertise in respect of labor law, industrial relationship and disposal of complaints;
∎ Keeping close monitoring & communication with workers to retain their Service and minimize absenteeism.
∎ Observing all kinds of Labor facilities including Transport, Canteen, Washroom, Drinking water, PPE uses, First-Aid, Dormitory, etc.
∎ Taking steps for the development of worker-Owner relationship.
∎ Conducting awareness training on Company Rules & Regulation.
∎ Arranging monthly meeting of Canteen Committee, Workers Participation Committee, Safety Committee and prepare minutes of meeting & display it.
∎ Other than the above mentioned duties, all other duties assigned by the Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Home visit of employees to find out reason of absenteeism and turn over.
∎ Must be Knowledge in Microsoft Office.

Salary: Negotiable
