Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Textiles /B.Sc. in Textiles.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 15 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To planning, Control & Supervision the Production
∎ To monitoring floor administration, Production process, Wastage, packing material & finishing goods stock etc.
∎ To observe & monitor all machineries condition.
∎ To Set up Manpower as per Target Manpower and ensure to reduce absenteeism of employees.
∎ Proper checking quality production & Inspection from Blow room to delivery.
∎ Proper maintain count & Lot wise bobbin, Paper cone, PP Woven bag and avoid count & Lot mix.
∎ To check daily production report, Break down report, floor housekeeping & cleaning etc.
∎ Ensure daily production as per target (GPSS) achieve & to maintain communication with the top management
∎ Other than the above-mentioned duties all other duties assigned by the Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Age Range: At least 35 to 45 years.
∎ 10 to 15 years job experience in related field.
∎ Excellent computer operation knowledge with MS Word & MS Excel.
∎ Strong team player with positive and proactive approach.
∎ Self-motivated with proven leadership qualities.

Salary: Negotiable
