Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum HSC.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Practical Survey (land or Flat etc) selecting RS & BS Reference point & Plot-wise Report.
∎ Drafting Sketch-map (16", 32'' 64" scale etc) & layout structure or Project-plan.
∎ Collection of Certified copy of Original Mouza Maps, LA Map etc.
∎ Comparing Digital Survey Report & confirmation.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ At least 03 (Three) Years job experience.
∎ Govt. Survey Certificate.
∎ Primary Knowledge of Land Law (Registration, Mutation related).
∎ Preferable for job-experience from EX-Govt Settlement Office or Govt LA Office or Land-asset based Company.
∎ Preferable for Practical Survey Knowledge in hilly land.
∎ Preferable for Digital Survey Knowledge (topography).
∎ Preferable for Computer Auto-CAD drafting from Google Map.
∎ Computer typing Bengali & English (MS Word, MS Excel).

Salary: Negotiable
