Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must be capable to ensure good relationship between workers and management.
∎ Must be a good counselor and daily counseling to the workers in order to achieving organizational goal.
∎ Able to solve workers grievances in a diplomatic way.
∎ To increase awareness among the workers about their health-n-hygiene, personal safety or about the Personal Protection Equipment's (PPE), the core points of the labor laws of the land, protection of environment etc.
∎ Have to capable floor monitoring at least 4 hours in a day.
∎ Maintain various types of register (Maternity Leave register, Grievance handling register, Orientation training register, various types of awareness register etc.)
∎ To lead the participation committee and conduct meeting as per legal requirements.
∎ To provide psychological support to the workers to motivate them to do better
∎ To look after the suggestions box scheme and make sure proper utilization of it.
∎ To maintain all types of welfare and counseling related documents & provide regular and periodical report.
∎ Maintain Compliance Documentation.
∎ Develop the factory as per Buyer Requirements.
∎ Well conversant with buyer compliance & code of conduct.
∎ Responsible for ensuring healthy workplace, safety, hygiene and environment.
∎ To provide workers guidance/assistance in availing Medical services, , Canteen facilities, and their legal assistance.
∎ Assist the Head of Compliance.
∎ Any other task assigned by the Management.
