∎ Age 22 to 30 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare and check oversee import documentation, including LC opening, shipping, and smooth customs clearance.
∎ Coordinate with banks, suppliers, insurance and logistics partners for smooth transaction and shipment processes.
∎ Maintain and update records of all commercial transactions and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
∎ Tracking of original shipping documents, make sure that, supplier should have sent original documents before the consignment arrival to Sea port/Airport/Land port.
∎ Share complete shipping documents with Customs/CNF agent for import clearance on time.
∎ Receive, check, and process for import-related bills settlement
∎ Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to achieve cost-effective deals.
∎ Remain up-to-date with regard to proper HS code
∎ Assist in preparing periodic reports and presentations for management review.
