• Must have working experience in 100% export oriented garments industry
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory requirements in Bangladesh.
• Proficiency in ERP (SAP)/accounting software and MS Excel.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong leadership ability and team management skills.
• High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Skills & Expertise: Accounting, Audit and Compliance, Balance Sheet, Cost and profit analysis, Cost Management, Critical Thinking, Financial Reporting, Organizational Skills,
• Proficiency in Accounting Software (Tally ERP,9 Quick Book), VAT and Tax

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
• Liaise with auditors, tax advisors, banks, and regulatory bodies.
• Support management with financial analysis and strategic recommendations.
• Implement and maintain strong internal control systems.
