∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Factory HR Administration
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Context:
∎ This position is for one of our garments factory
∎ Will responsible to establish a harmonious industrial relation within worker & management. Working a negotiator of both parties & promoter of employee care activities at workplace.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Counsel the workers on general issues like, company rules & regulations; encourage them to follow that for establish corporate culture.
∎ Manage Daily employee counseling for reduce absenteeism, increase productivity & by increasing their ownership.
∎ Establish Effective Communication Channel to handle Grievance Handling Procedure to increase employee's morale.
∎ Manage & coordinate different committee/sub-committee as per the requirement of local laws & customer's CoC.
∎ Willing to work any assigned task by seniors.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
