∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Factory Compliance, worker welfare
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Textile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist HR Manager in implementing Local Labour Law & Buyer’s code of conduct.
∎ Conduct and assist HR manager regarding all types of audit/visit and co-ordinate with the concern department to find out non- compliance issues and assists HR Manager for taking corrective and keep the documents properly.
∎ Arrange worker welfare committee meeting & inform the feed back to the concern person.
∎ Deal with the grievance of workers, individuals as well as collective and take action with the consultation with HR Manager

Additional Requirements:
∎ Knowledge on Bangladesh local labour laws.
∎ Knowledge on Occupational Health & Safety issues.

Salary: Negotiable
