∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Technology
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure the Dyeing operation is done as per planning, implementing the SOP and efficiently using the ERP & SEDO.
∎ Achieve target production & TNA
∎ Attain the required quality standards as per customer requirements & ensure customer satisfaction both internally & externally
∎ Train, lead and coordinate the production team in such a way that induces maximum HR optimization and reflects succession planning.
∎ Prepare and submit all kind of operation related reports on demand.
