Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Declare AOP production capacity and achieve targeted production along with budget on monthly basis with required margin.
∎ Ensure plant operation is done as per planning, following the SOP and using the ERP.
∎ Attain the quality standards.
∎ Train, lead and coordinate the production team in such a way that induces maximum HR optimization and reflects succession planning.
∎ Prepare and submit all kind of operation related reports on demand.

Salary: Negotiable
