Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Graduated from public university will get preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To set up a communication bridge between management and workers.
∎ Taking steps for the development of worker-owner relationship
∎ Conduct induction/orientation for new employees.
∎ Conduct different committee meeting e.g. PC, SC, Canteen, Anti - Harassment, EHS, OHS etc. as per schedule & circulate the meeting minutes.
∎ Provide awareness training to the workers on several issues like buyer CoC, company's policy, discipline, worker's benefit, grievance mechanism, harassment, law etc.
∎ Prepare maternity bill and make sure the payment on time.
∎ Maintain different compliance related registers e.g. maternity, grievance, orientation, PPE distribution etc.
∎ Look after the suggestions box scheme and report to the management on a regular basis.
∎ Look after the provision of amenities such as canteen/dining, adequate wash room facility, drinking water etc.
∎ Maintain up-to-date database/records of counseling and submit reports to the management on a regular basis.
∎ Ensure all over welfare activities as per BL Rules - 2015.

∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
