∎ Good knowledge about labor counseling.
∎ Maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
∎ Capable to handle workers problem.
∎ Ability to communicate clearly and patience to listen to the problems of others.
∎ Ability to communicate with internal Mid-Management as well as top management .
∎ Candidate must be a team player Responsibilities of others determined by management.
∎ Implement and manage employee welfare programs.
∎ Basic computer knowledge
∎ Good oral & written communication in local language (To become a well trainer)
