Job Responsibilities:
∎ Training all employees and maintaining a register
∎ Helping all workers about leave and maintaining a register.
∎ Work to develop a worker-owner relationship and good communication.
∎ Work to get all types of employees right properly.
∎ Work to ensure good health and a safe environment in the workplace.
∎ Ensure childcare in the facility, lead baby-care personnel.
∎ To provide them guidance/assistance in availing Medical services, Housing, Education, Canteen facilities, and their legal assistance.
∎ Ensure all over welfare activities as per Bangladesh Labor Law-2006 and Labor Rules 2015 & 2022.
∎ To advise and brief workers on the use of PPE, machine guard, sanitation, fire safety, etc.
∎ Involve in the manpower recruitment process and take new employees orientation
∎ Ensure all necessary benefits for getting all workers properly.
∎ Ensure no physical or sexual abuse in the workplace
∎ Ensure all employees' rights as per labor law.
∎ Take care canteen, childcare, water supply, restroom, and maintain a register.
∎ Counseling and motivate all the workmen regarding office discipline
∎ To maintain all compliance related training
∎ To maintain buyer COC & labor law
∎ Prepared floor for any kind of compliance audit as per buyer COC & standard
∎ Any other task assigned by management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 35 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Age 24 to 35 years.
∎ Must be able to ensure good relationships between workers and management.
∎ Must be a good counselor and daily counseling to the workers in order to achieve organizational goal
