Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for all welfare activities in Bangla Tiger Wing
∎ Monitoring and Controlling Absenteeism & ensuring 80% authorized absent.
∎ Taking productive action for controlling turnover.
∎ Monthly migration Risk Analysis.
∎ Maintaining Leave calendar on shop floor.
∎ Ensuring morning activities on Floor.
∎ Maintaining Employee Communication through PA System.
∎ Counselling workers on Late, Absent, Grievance, PPE, Discipline & coordinate to initiate disciplinary action.
∎ Monitoring PPE usage and coordinating for corrective action.
∎ Suggestion Box opening and maintaining for respective areas.
∎ Monitoring House Keeping & coordinating with respective department to ensure it.
∎ Maintaining registers of ML, Grievance, Absent Counselling, Late counselling, Line Bandhu & suggestions box.
∎ Working very closely with engagement event planner & ensuring implementation.
∎ Bringing new ideas for new events.
∎ Attending training-3hrs/week (Self).
∎ Train/awareness-5 sessions/week.
∎ Sending daily report to management on absenteeism and late.
∎ Conducting worker's exit interview & share with management.
∎ Conducting survey regarding floor discipline & maintaining checklist.
∎ Helping to disburse cash salary or any other cash payment.
∎ Achieving departmental objectives as a team.
∎ Any task assigned by department.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have good knowledge on EPZ Labour Law, Rules and Bangladesh Labour Law
