Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct awareness program among the workers.
∎ Counselling the workers & staffs.
∎ Conduct Training program on Labour Law/Rules, Health & Safety issue, Machine safety, rights, Code of Conduct of Buyers/ BSC /ETI.
∎ Handling grievances
∎ Conducting motivational program

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Applicant residing in Uttara / near Uttara will get high preference.
∎ Applicant who will be selected must be ready to join immediately.
∎ Good knowledge on Labour Law & Rules.
∎ Shall have knowledge on health, hygiene & safety issue.
∎ Strong inter personal communication skill.
∎ Knowledge on counselling workers.
∎ Good knowledge in computer.
∎ Please note: Applicant who does not have experience in relevant sector need not to apply.

Salary: Tk. 15000 - 20000 (Monthly)
