Additional Requirements:
∎ Experienced in working in a similar role of any denim garments manufacturing unit/ washing plant.
∎ Should have in-depth knowledge of all aspects of wash process.
∎ Strong communication skills in written & spoken English & Bengali.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Must have good knowledge in computer application packages (Especially in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
∎ Experienced in working in a similar role of any denim garments manufacturing unit/ washing plant.
∎ Should have in-depth knowledge of all aspects of wash process.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct research and development on washing technologies to enhance garments performance, durability, and sustainability.
∎ Involve with developments by providing technical solutions for washing.
∎ Ensure the measurement, shrinkage or any other critical aspects are tested as per requirement before and after the wash.
∎ Monitor washing processes during bulk production.
∎ Troubleshoot any washing issues at bulk production.
∎ Provide technical support for washing units whenever required.
∎ Any other task assigned by management as and when required.
