Job Responsibilities:
∎ Custodian of all packing materials & engineering spares.
∎ Responsible to physically check goods & challan, counting & taking weigh if necessary. Raising & completing GRN, Post-it respective ledger. Communicate with the supervisor immediately if there is any discrepancy.
∎ Responsible to issue goods complete issue slip & to post it respective ledger.
∎ Responsible to prepare daily packing material & chemicals stock report and send it to commercial & business through email. if there any item is going to below safety stock, immediately communicate with superior /commercial/supplier and ensure to maintain safety stock.
∎ Responsible to communicate immediately with maintenance engineer (Mechanical/electrical), if there is any item is going to below safety stock.
∎ Responsible to keep update packing material, engineering goods & chemicals software and manual ledger.
∎ Responsible to collect rejection report of packing materials from QA and report to superior of rejected & Un-usable goods.
∎ Responsible for making and preserving all necessary documents/report and sending to head office timely.
∎ Responsible for reporting damage, shortage to the superior timely.
∎ Responsible for counting physical stock of spare parts and packing materials two times in a month.
∎ Responsible for verifying spare parts and packing materials by other department or selected person.
∎ Responsible to maintain safety rules of own working place.
∎ Responsible for crude salt monitoring. (Crude salt weight manually, Scaling and issue to Production).
∎ Responsible to make coding on all spare parts software cod wise.
∎ Responsible housekeeping every day all supervisor.
∎ Any other task assign by the company.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 40 years
∎ Intimate operating knowledge of all available processing equipment and processes;
∎ Ability to motivate others to meet demands established by the schedule;
∎ Basic understanding of computers;
∎ Good oral and written communication skills;
