Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate degree or equivalent from any recognized university. Any third division/class in academic career will lead to ineligibility.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ The Alliance for Combating TB in Bangladesh Project will develop a dynamic, strategic and fresh approach to accelerate Bangladesh’s fight against TB. The solutions will be aimed at creating an environment aligned with the universal health coverage (UHC) vision and focused on defined priority areas- increased TB detection, decentralized DR-TB management, child TB, expanded prevention and others. Supported by USAID and Partners of consortium led by icddr,b.
∎ -One Year Contractual Appointment (With Possibility to Extension)
∎ -Start Date- As soon as possible

Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Overall responsible for smooth running of the respective Upazila with full implementation of TPT program and activities as required by the USAID’ ACTB Activity and HEED Bangladesh authority.
∎ • Establish network with Upazilla Health Complex to get all kind of support for TPT enrollment.
∎ • To ensure quality implementation of TPT as per the monthly action plan.
∎ • Monitor different TB register and TPT register, documentations (Contact Tracing, TPT Card, CI form, X-ray/ MT register) with coordination of DOT center.
∎ • Preparation of vehicle plan for TPT support and provide it to District Supervisor, DOT center, UH&FPO/MODC as per need from Community level.
∎ • Organize TPT camp with collaboration of local government and USAID’s ACTB Staff.
∎ • Planning and collecting information (Index Patient) form DOTS corner.
∎ • Preparing weekly and Quarterly TPT report.
∎ • Monitoring different TB and TPT register and documents.
∎ • Secondary follow up of TPT enrolled person.
∎ • Maintaining liaison with District Supervisor.
∎ • Supervise Community Volunteer to carry out TPT activities related to catchment areas.
∎ • Ensure quality of TPT related activities as per National TB Guideline and following TPT Algorithm.
∎ • Coordinate, negotiate, cooperate and maintain a good relation with team members both in organizations and alliance to update accordingly.
∎ • Ensure proper registration, documentation and TAB entry as per CI.
∎ • Provide technical support/ TAB related guidance to Community Volunteers at Upazila level for routine TPT and program implementation.
∎ • Conduct monitoring visits with Community Volunteers.
∎ • Monitor and Supervise Community Volunteers Activities, Documentation and TAB based report with Upazila register, documents and field.
∎ • Provide Weekly TPT report and TPT Follow up report as per prescribed format.
∎ • Attend formal and informal meeting at upazilla level.
∎ • Filed preparation to organize different meeting, workshop, event and activities.
∎ • Organize program at Upazila level.
∎ • Proper counselling before TPT start and to continue the intake of medicine for 3 months.
∎ • ACF at Upazilla Health Complex Outdoor.
∎ • Organize different camp at community level.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ • Basic knowledge and skills in development and implementation of health programs.
∎ • Hands on experience to write report for different stakeholders in the organization.
∎ • Good computer skills on MS Word, Excel, Power Point etc.
∎ • Professional fluency in English - both written and verbal.
∎ • Able to undertake travel as required
∎ • Minimum 2 years of experience in managing TB Control project or related Public health project.
∎ • Experience in USAID Project implementation will get extra priority

Salary: Tk. 26300 (Monthly)
