Experience:
Master’s degree from any reputed university in any discipline with no third division in academic records.
BSc/MSc in Computer Science & Engineering (CSE) is preferred.
Minimum 08 (Eight) years’ working experience in related fields in Banks/NBFI.
Knowledge, Competencies & Skills:
Provide operational and technical support to Utility Bills & Collection Booths, monitor daily activities, ensure process compliance, manage stationery and cash security, and prepare collection reports.
Oversee Collection Booth operations, cash handling, and process compliance.
Monitor Agent Banking transactions and resolve related disputes.
Perform system testing, updates, and introduce new products/features.
Prepare MIS, performance, and regulatory reports.
Train branch, sub-branch, and agent staff on Agent Banking and remittance.
Provide back-office support for remittance, including API integration and troubleshooting.
Maintain reports and documentation for Agent Banking, remittance, and collection operations

Job Location: Head office, Dhaka
Key Job Responsibilities:
Provide end-to-end operational support for A-Challan through the Automated Challan System (ACS), assisting branches and sub-branches with collections, system usage, and timely challan posting.
Act as the liaison with the Finance Division, ACS team, Ministry of Finance, and regulators for service expansion, system updates, and new branch/sub-branch integration.
Resolve operational and technical issues, including user login problems, role changes, system errors, challan cancellation/deletion, and data corrections.
Manage the addition of new branches and sub-branches in ACS after obtaining regulatory approval.
Generate A-Challan operational and management reports, prepare branch/sub-branch-wise commission summaries, and support timely commission disbursement.
Conduct regular training for branch and sub-branch officials on A-Challan operations, system usage, and customer acquisition.
