Built and maintained strong, long-term relationships with potential and existing corporate clients, ensuring superior service delivery and high customer satisfaction.
Managed and monitored the deposit portfolio across Corporate, SME, and Consumer Banking segments to drive revenue and overall business growth.
Conducted regular client visits and market surveys to proactively identify business opportunities and promote deposit products.
Collaborated closely with internal stakeholders (branches, Service Delivery team) to ensure seamless operational support and customer service excellence
