B.Sc. in EEE /EE from a recognized university. Professional Certifications in Engineering or Facility Management, HVAC, Electrical Systems, Fire Safety, or related areas will be considered an added advantage.
Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in building/tower management in banks, corporate offices, commercial buildings, hospitals, or large institutions.
Experience in supervising high-rise commercial building operations and maintenance activities.
Hands-on experience in managing HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, generator, lift, UPS, and water treatment systems.
Experience in vendor management, procurement, and contract administration.
Good coordination and communication skills for working with technical teams and external agencies.
A reputed private commercial bank is seeking applications from competent, self-motivated, and experienced professionals for the position of Manager, Tower Management. The selected incumbent will be responsible for ensuring efficient operation, maintenance, safety, and regulatory compliance of the Bank’s head office towers and related infrastructure facilities.
Grade: Senior Officer to Principal Officer
Job Location: Head Office
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure proper functioning of head office premises and associated towers, including the Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems.
Monitor sub-station, generator, UPS, Access Control System and lift system operations.
Oversee fire detection and protection systems.
Ensure smooth operation of deep tube well, water treatment plant, drinking water filters, pressurized water supply, and disposal system.
Supervise internal electrification, lighting controls, and building signage.
Ensure periodic maintenance reports for all electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems as per institutional standards.
Supervise and monitor all assigned personnel (Technical Officers, Housekeeping Officers, Service Engineers, Medical Officers, Technicians, Electricians, Plumbers, and support staff).
Execute vendor contracts and agreements; liaise with government agencies as required.
Oversee regular maintenance procurement activities.
Provide logistical and coordination support for head office events.
Preparing of Annual Budget for Operational & Capital expenses.
Oversee the interior and civil maintenance work of Head office Premises/ Commercial Infrastructure.
Introduce energy-saving projects to optimize operational costs.
