Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To conduct analysis to identify training needs across departments by consulting with managers and HR to understand skill gaps and performance issues.
∎ To Prepare Annual Training Calendar for RHBL Headquarter, Conduct the HR & Admin related training and coordinate all T & D sessions of the headquarter.
∎ To ensure proper Induction Training Session for all types of employees of RHBL Headquarter with detail information of related employment rules and regulations.
∎ To maintain proper documentation for internal and external audit authorities.
∎ To work on Organizational Development initiatives for the best HR & Admin practices in RHBL Headquarter.
