  • Min 2 years experience in home & personal care brands.

  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.

  • Sound knowledge of consumer behaviour and market research.

  • Expertise in brand planning and campaign management.

  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skill.

  • Proficiency in microsoft office and marketing analytics tool.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies for home & personal care products.

  • Prepare annual brand plans, marketing calendars and promotional campaigns.

  • Analyze market trends, consumer insights and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

  • Lead new product development (NPD), product launches, and portfolio management initiatives.

  • Manage ATL, BTL, digital marketing, and trade marketing activities to ensure brand visibility and market penetration.

  • Monitor brand performance, sales growth, Market share, and profitability.

  • Collaborate with sales, trade marketing, supply chain, procurement and product development teams for effective execution.

  • Manage marketing budgets and ensure optimum return on investment (ROI) conduct consumer research and utilise insights for brand enhancement and innovation.

  • Develop communication strategies, advertising materials and promotional content aligned with brand positioning.

  • Prepare periodic business reviews, performance reports, and strategic recommendations for management.
