∎ Previous experience (6+ months) in a similar role will get preference, however fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
∎ Excellent in communication skills. Fluency in English is much expected.
∎ Good in interpersonal skills, having the ability to establish rapport and negotiate issues.
∎ Applicants must be highly motivated and goal oriented with the ability to work both independently and as a team player.
∎ Conversant with computer literacy - ability to navigate online platforms and work with Microsoft Office Applications.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Identify potential credit card customers and can contribute positively to the expansion of card customer base.
∎ Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets set by the Management.
∎ Ensure card activation and card utilization.
∎ Motivate customers to take supplementary cards.
∎ Query meet up and convince card analyst to release or approve card files.
∎ Provide excellent customer service and promote a positive company image, ensure zero fraud issue.
∎ Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and obtain feedback.
∎ Remain up to date with product knowledge, market trends, competitors offers and activities.
∎ Maintain accurate and timely records of sales activities and customer visit or interactions, submit related report to line manager and department head weekly or monthly.
